A small introduction about our museum...Bunk'Art 2

Located in the very center of Tirana, behind the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Bunk Art 2 is dedicated to the history of the communist police under the regime of Enver Hoxha. Smaller than Bunk Art 1, it covers around 1,000 m⊃2; in area and is protected by reinforced concrete walls over 2 m thick. It was created between 1981 and 1986 to serve as a refuge for the elite police and members of the Ministry of the Interior in the event of an atomic war. The museum's collection consists of several photographs and materials reconstructing the persecution of opponents of communist supremacy, more than 100,000 Albanians, between 1945 and 1991.
