BUNK'ART 2 is the second phase of a historical-cultural project that focuses on preserving the collective memory and telling the story of the years of the communist regime, including the horrors of that regime. BUNK'ART 2 is located in the center of the capital and reconstructs the history of the Ministry of Interior in Albania from 1912 to 1991, reveals the secrets of the Sigurimi, the political police that was a harsh weapon of persecution used by Enver Hoxha's regime.
